Welcome To The World!

So, just a little note before we begin.

I've decided that there were simply just too many Landgraabs to play, so for now i've narrowed down the continuers a bit. Instead of continuing on the line for each of Geoffrey's grandchildren, there will be a continue for each of his children.

Malcolm's will be Johnny, Vivian's will be Velma, Laura's will be Miranda, and Eddie's will be one of  Miles' children.

Alright, with that said, let's begin :)

Today we start with a very very pregnant Miranda.

One night while eating dinner, Miranda had a thought. She knew nothing about raising babies.
Later, she called up her mother on the phone, and asked to move back in. Julianna gladly accepted her daughter.

In the next couple of hours, Miranda had gone into labor. She obviously has a very high pain tolerance.

And we welcome to the world the very first child of the 5th generation, Lucas Landgraab.
If you're curious, his father is actually Jimmie. Jimmie, unfortunately, died without my realizing, of old age. Rest in peace, old dude.

What was next on Miranda's to-do list after moving back in with her mom? Inviting her boyfriend Ian over for some smooching.

Oh, and proposing too. He said yes, eeeeeek!

The first thing i did was give this man some fashion sense, and shaved that darn beard.

Julianna began planning the wedding for her daughter, whilst Miranda was off doing other things. All Landgraab weddings are always held at the Landgraab Mansion, and it's a wonderful time to get the whole big family together.

And then came wedding day. Julianna hasn't aged a day. (And look at Ian peeping up in the back, haha!)

The wedding began with Miranda serenading Ian with her mad guitar skills.

And then before the ceremony, some traditional sims shenanigans.

And finally Miranda and Ian were pronounced Husband and Wife.

And this would definitely not be Miranda's wedding without a post ceremony selfie.

Duty calls as the reception gets to a start. Looks like little Lucas was feeling a bit left out.

Back in the main room, Julianna is glad to see her child Maxwell (whose name i haven't changed yet, oops). Maxwell moved out right before Miranda moved back in.

The family mingled all night long, and enjoyed some juice and games.
But sadly the little family reunion had to end, and all the guests had soon gone.

The next morning Miranda had returned to her motherly duties.

And little Lucas became a child! Isn't he a cutie?

Yes, life was going just fine for Miranda. She has a child, a new husband, and a career that's on its way to the top. She's pretty much on cloud nine, even if she thinks she can cook ;)

Miranda's Moody Love Life

Welcome back to the Landgraab's Legacy. Today we start off with Miranda and her Uncle Miles.

Looks like Miranda's day is off to a great start. Miranda and Miles decided earlier today to move in together, now that they're young adults and all. So the duo got some jobs, Miranda as a musician, obviously, and Miles as a writer.

Their next step was getting their own place, so Miles pulled out his phone, made some calls, and got them a real snazzy. . . .

Lot? Come on Miles, you had one job.

There we go, much better guys. Let's take a tour, shall we?

Here's the main floor, including the backyard with large pool, perfect for swimming in the sweltering desert heat.

And here's the second floor. You can see they inherited their parents' taste for modern design.

The duo seems pretty happy about the house. If you like it just as much as they do, it's in the gallery, just FYI.  Moving right along then. . .

Why so sad Miranda? Oh, because she just got asked out on a date! I still don't know why she was frowning . . .

I guess because it's an old guy. This is Jimmie, an old friend of Miranda's who lives in the neighborhood. Recently turned elder. He's asked her out to lunch.

Miranda seems to be enjoying herself on the lunch date, despite the earlier disappointments. I think this might progress into a fabulous relationship.

Wait, who are you waving at???

The restaurant critic, really? Ugh, Miranda.

Well, the date was progressing nicely despite her distractions, and the pair found common ground to bond over.

That escalated quicker than i thought it would.

Miranda! This is moving way too fast! And there are children here, what are you thinking?!

This is awkward . . . that's Jimmie's wife, Clementine. And apparently big beards are in style now.

MIRANDA WHY ARE YOU SAYING HI TO JIMMIE'S WIFE RIGHT AFTER MAKING OUT WITH HIM WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!?!

Well, the date ended after that, with no problems from Clementine. But then Miranda got a call.

Looks like Miranda's got another date lined up for tonight.

It was the critic! I forgot to mention, his name is Ian.

They talked all evening, and eventually cuddled up by the bon fire.

And when the time was right, Miranda made her move.

She even asked Ian to be her boyfriend. Aren't they cute. Who needs that old Jimmie guy, anyway?

Okay Miranda, now i think we're moving a little too fast again.

Eventually Ian had to go, and Miranda was to entranced by all the secrets that beard must be holding.

After a couple of days, Miranda noticed she wasn't feeling too well. . .

And guess what? She's pregnant! She's thrilled too, can't you tell.

Miranda went for a run to decide what to do, and she decided that she wanted to tell Ian and not Jimmie. She decided she loved Ian more than Jimmie, and would break up with Jimmie.

But first she had to break the news to Ian.

I don't know if looking pretty is going to help you at all, Miranda.

Ian was thrilled to hear he was going to be a father, and this made Miranda so relieved.

Just look at the sweet lovebirds.

And so Miranda's life progressed, as did the pregnancy, and she prepared for her first day of work.

The day went smoothly, but she was exhausted, and crawled into bed for a well deserved, long night's sleep. Sweet dreams, Miranda.

Stay tuned for the birth of Miranda's baby, and find out who the father is!
See you next time!
